I started my journey with Vision while working for a real estate investment company, they knew they where out growing the spaghetti database of google sheets and need something more powerful and flexible. I looked over Vision and realized I could pretty much do anything I needed with it and set to work converting the company workflows and procedures into Vision.

Southeast Property Investment Networks
SPIN buys and sells distressed assets, renovates and resells them. They had reached the limits of their systems with over 500 properties being moved through a spaghetti database of google sheets and QuickBooks. Data was being overwritten or missed and the company was being held back by its software. The companies workflows where learned with input from the stake holders as they where rebuilt and optimized in Vision. Over One thousand fields where added to Vision with the addition of Infocenters for tracking Analytics as well as hard money loans.
